Where do you travel?
Topped Hats is based in Dallas, Texas, and our hat bars travel nationwide, from ranch weddings to destination celebrations.
How far ahead should we book?
We request that you reach out to us at least 10-14 days prior to your event, last-minute requests are welcome to reach out.
How many guests can the hat bar serve?
We work with intimate gatherings and with events of several hundred guests. Share your approximate guest count and we will plan staffing and inventory around it.
How is pricing set?
Every hat bar is quoted individually around your guest count, location and hat selection. Dana prepares your proposal personally after your inquiry.
Can the hat bar match our style or brand?
Yes. Displays, signage and accessories are tailored to the look of your event, and branded or personalized details can be part of the experience.
Do guests keep their hats?
Always. Each guest leaves with the hat they designed.
Is my date reserved when I submit an inquiry?
Not yet. Submitting an inquiry starts the conversation. Your date is reserved once Dana confirms availability and the details with you.
